Template Design:

Q: I have found a template I like, but I do not like where the logo placement is. Can you make any changes to the design?

A: While we are able to customize our templates for you with color, content and images, changes to element placement in a design are not an option in this package. We can, however, make design changes to a template at our normal hourly rate. If you are interested in this, please call 406.837.3334.

Q: I have found a template I like, but the colors offered in the design do not match my brand. Can I customize my colors?

A: We are absolutely willing to work with you to find a color that will match your company colors. Please call us to discuss specifics. 406.837.3334

Q: I was not able to find a template that would work well for my company. What are my options?

A: We will be adding templates every few months, so please check back to see if you find one that will better suite your needs. We also offer customized website design. If you would like a customized website to cater to your online needs, please call 406.837.3334. Sign-up to receive an email notification when there is a new template.

Q: Will other companies have the same pre-designed template I have chosen for my website?

A: Yes. Most will vary in color and will of course have different content and photos, but the template you choose may also be chosen by another company. Package Additions:

Q: Can I have more pages added to my template?

A: Our Pre-Designed Template Packages only include up to 4 pages. Any additional pages can be added, but will be billed out at our hourly rate. If you are interested in this, please call 406.837.3334.

Q: Can I update my own website?

A: Yes, you can purchase a blog add-on and update the content on your website. Check out our package Add-ons for more info:

Content Submission:

Q: What format does my text have to be in when I email or give it to you on a disk?

A: All text should be in a Microsoft Word document. Please submit in digital format so that no errors are made in re-typing.

Q: What format do my pictures have to be in when I email or give them to you on a disk?

A: Your photos need to be sent to us in digital form. We can scan in photos at an hourly charge. Photos should be .jpg, .gif or .tif files. We suggest a 300dpi photo, or the original picture from a digital camera or scan to give you the best quality.
